This course is designed for students, HR and compliance Professionals, Corporate Trainers, Company Secretaries, In-house Counsels and all those who want to be aware about sexual harassment and its prevention.

The courses are delivered in multiple formats based on the type of course

  • PoSH Masterclass: 4 hours, self-paced or trainer-led, online/on-site.
  • Train-the-Trainer: 2 days (8 hours), self-paced or trainer-led.
  • PoSH Awareness: 2-hour trainer-led or 1-hour self-paced via LMS.

Each course offers a comprehensive understanding of the PoSH Act through modules covering key concepts, case studies, case laws, and videos.

Assessment includes a MCQ based test with a 50% weightage and a project report submission, also carrying a 50% weightage.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Prompt Personnel Private Limited.

No specific prerequisites are required for enrollment.

Online Recorded courses are accessible for a limited time period of 1 month from the date of registration.
