This course is designed for students, HR and compliance Professionals, Corporate Trainers, Company Secretaries, In-house Counsels and all those who want to be aware about sexual harassment and its prevention.

The trainings are delivered in multiple formats based on their type :

  • PoSH Masterclass: 3 hours, self-paced, online.
  • PoSH Corporate Awareness: 2-hour trainer-led or 1-hour self-paced via LMS.
  • PoSH Refresher Training : 2-hour trainer-led, online & offline

Each training offers a comprehensive understanding of the PoSH Act through modules covering key concepts, case studies, case laws, and videos.

Online Recorded courses are accessible for a limited time period of 1 month from the date of registration.
